  • Acquired by ParkHubFebruary 2025

Context

ElimiWait is a New York valet-parking SaaS. The engagement began with a single Android developer, moved into backend, and grew into Genijalno building and leading the company's entire product engineering function alongside the founders, from 2018 to November 2025.

What we built

  • Valet Mate, contactless, paperless, end-to-end mobile valet operations on Android and iOS.
  • Request Ahead, a request-for-your-vehicle customer platform.
  • A React web control plane and a React Native customer app.
  • A .NET API on AWS, with payment-gateway integration.
  • Automated end-to-end testing and a separate OLAP reporting module.

Outcome

ElimiWait was acquired by ParkHub, of Dallas, on 12 February 2025, publicly announced via BusinessWire, Dallas Innovates, and Silicon UK. Genijalno led the post-acquisition transition through November 2025, when the engagement concluded.

"Genijalno.ba has been instrumental in the development and support of our products as well as the dev ops needed to keep everything running smoothly. The team works very hard (and smart) to ensure we, and our customers, have exactly what we need. Genijalno.ba constantly challenges us to ensure we are providing the right solution that will benefit our customers for years to come."
